Tom Nobili is just like you. He wants to live his life to the fullest and be around for his family for a long time. Over the years, Tom’s health went from being overweight to dangerously overweight. After realizing that doing something about his health was not only an option; it was an absolute necessity and a matter of life and death. His weight had escalated to a whopping 380 lbs and because of weight-related health issues, he was taking medication for high blood pressure, diabetes, and other issues related to obesity.
Then one day, Tom was approached with an opportunity that would change his life forever. He was asked to commit to a 90 day challenge, along with two other co-workers, consisting of intense workouts 3 days a week combined with Advocare products and a healthy eating plan. Tom followed the plan and stayed committed every day for the next 90 days. At the end of the 3 months, Tom lost 45 lbs and over 40 inches off of his body. He went down 2 sizes in pants and 2 sizes in shirts!
Life was beginning to be lived again! Tom’s family is now confident that he is going to be around for them for many years longer now.
Before and After 90 Day Challenge
Tom’s journey is not over yet! His journey continues! Half way through Tom’s first 90 days, something changed inside of him other than weight being lost. There was something that Tom felt was just as important as losing the weight himself. This journey was no longer about him.
